Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options :

1. Indian Post/Private Courier

Kerala                          : Rs. 30/-  up to 5 Pieces

                                    : Free Shipping for more than 5 Pieces

Outside Kerala            : Rs. 50/- up to 5 Pieces

                                    : Free Shipping for more than 5 Pieces

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

Refund & Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at www.inster.in operated by Instigator E-Supporting Services Private Limited (Known as Inster).

Inster Covi-Smell

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your return the same. No refund applicable in Covi-Smell only return is applicable. For return the product it may take 7 to 15 business days for a return.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a Return.
